Web Site: www.dstore.com.au

dstore is pitching itself as the online department store and says its books area is the largest with over 26,000 titles.

The site is a table design, with a navigation bar down the left hand side and the store selection on the right. Disappointingly the search box is placed low down on the left hand side meaning you have to scroll and then the search can lead to frustration, as the results can often be quite erratic.

Pricing is below standard retail, although specials are generally not flagged, so you can't tell easily. Postage rates are excellent value at $3.00 for any order within Australia (books are generally categorised as Tiny) and only $5.00 by courier.
